Hummus Platter

Hummus Platter 💥 this is the healthiest/easiest/most fun way to impress your friends! You can get as creative or keep it as simple as you choose here and it will still turn heads.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup hummus (I used plain but a flavored hummus would just add more goodness to the dish)

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • 1/3-1/2 cup pesto (you know Trader Joe’s is my favorite)

  • 1 tbs pine nuts

  • 1/4 cup crumbled vegan feta

  • ~10 olives of your choice

  • 1 tbs za’atar

  • Sprinkle of smoked paprika

Method

  1. On a large plate or serving tray of choice, spread the hummus out in an even layer - don’t smooth it out too much or else the ridges of hummus won’t be able to hold in all of the toppings

  2. Layer on the remaining toppings in whichever order you choose and serve with fresh veggies, crackers, or pita chips

  3. Note: you can use any kinds of toppings here - I just listed out what I used for mine but definitely feel free to get creative!
